Overview
This project brings the Greenlining Institute’s Theory of Change to life through animation.
The goal was to help communicate how policy, community power, and systems change work together to advance racial and economic equity.
CONTEXT
The Greenlining Institute works at the intersection of racial justice, economic equity, and environmental sustainability. Their Theory of Change brings these efforts together to address structural inequities.
While this framework is central to their work, its complexity made it hard to communicate clearly across audiences. This is especially true in settings where time, attention, and shared context are limited, making clarity essential.
CHALLENGE
The challenge was to communicate a complex, multi-layered framework in a way that felt clear, engaging, and accessible, without oversimplifying the work.
This meant translating interconnected ideas across policy, community power, and systems change into a short visual format. The process required balancing clarity with accuracy, while keeping the narrative focused and easy to follow.
Process
Let’s work together!
If you’re working on something meaningful, I’d love to connect.
